Refund, Credit, and Exchange Policy
At the Arushiom Foundation, each activity requires preparation, organization, and advance reservations, as space is limited. For this reason, specific policies apply depending on the type of activity.
Please read the terms and conditions below carefully before completing your registration.
Emotional release sessions and body release sessions
All registrations for emotional release sessions and body release sessions are non-refundable.
However, participants may request to transfer their registration to a later session under the following conditions:
- 7 days or more before the scheduled session : Your registration can be rescheduled for a later date, subject to availability.
- Less than 7 days before the session: registration becomes non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
All exchange requests must be submitted by email.
workshops and conferences
Registration for workshops and conferences is governed by the following policy:
- 30 days or more before the event: full refund upon request. Participants may also transfer their registration to another person by notifying us via email.
- 15 to 29 days before the event: 50% partial refund upon request. Participants may also transfer their registration to another person by notifying us via email.
- Less than 14 days before the event: registration becomes non-refundable but transferable.
RETREATS
Every retreat requires specific logistical arrangements.
For this reason, each retreat has its own cancellation, refund, and credit policies.
Please review the specific terms and conditions listed on the retreat page or in the registration agreement.
BOOKS
All book purchases are final.
Books are neither refundable nor exchangeable, unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
REQUESTS
All requests for refunds or transfers must be submitted by email.
